BREAKING: Another TOP Football Player DEAD In Car Crash- Send Your Prayers…

Sharing is caring!

During my personal boycott of the NFL thanks to the anti-American, anti-law enforcement garbage pushed by the lefties I turned to watching college football which I still enjoy watching.

One of my favorite teams is The Georgia Bulldogs.

On Saturday, Georgia celebrated their 65-7 BLOWOUT of TCU in the national championship game with a parade through town and a ceremony at Sanford Stadium.

Unfortunately after the huge win and celebration the DAWGS lost 2 of their members in a deadly car crash.

TRAGIC LOSS

Georgia offensive lineman Devin Willock and a recruiting staff member, Chandler LeCroy, were both killed in a car accident early Sunday morning.

Two other members of the football program were injured in the crash but are reportedly in stable condition.

ESPN reported that another offensive lineman, Warren McLendon, was among the injured.

According to a statement from the Athens-Clarke County police department, the accident occurred at approximately 2:45 a.m. reported that the Ford Expedition “left the roadway, striking two power poles and several trees.”

Georgia coach Kirby Smart said “We are all heartbroken and devastated with the loss of Devin Willock and Chandler LeCroy. Devin was an outstanding young man in every way. He was always smiling. He was a great teammate and a joy to coach.”

“Chandler was a valuable member of our football staff and brought an incredible attitude and energy every single day. We grieve with their families for this tragic loss and will support them in every way possible.”

“The entire Georgia family is devastated by the tragic loss of football student-athlete Devin Willock and football staff member Chandler LeCroy,” the University of Georgia Athletic Association said in a statement on Twitter adding, “The UGA Athletic Association will work with our medical team as well as our mental health and performance personnel to make sure we are providing the best support possible for our staff and student-athletes who are processing this grief. We can provide no further comment at this time but ask that everyone continue to keep those involved in your prayers.”

“We are heartbroken over the passing of Devin and Chandler.

Our prayers are with their families during this difficult time.”

Athletic director Josh Brooks said Willock and LeCroy were “two special people” who “meant the world to our football program and athletic department.”

“We will continue to honor their memory in the years to come,” Brooks said.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.

We want to send our deepest condolences out to the families, the team and the fans.

Absolutely tragic…
