Jen Psaki Clams Up, Dodges Question After Getting Grilled About Dismissing Hunter Biden Laptop Story: “He doesn’t work in the government

Sharing is caring!

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tried to dodge questions today about a bombshell report from the New York Times which confirmed the authenticity of contents Hunter Biden’s laptop. Hunter, in a drug-fueled binge, lost a laptop with damning information about him, his business, his family, and the ‘big guy’ or ‘my guy’ which is clearly Joe Biden.

It was an own goal of an October surprise that could have had an impact on the 2020 election except the media establishment and team Biden said it was Russian disinformation and the social media companies, terrified of getting falsely blamed for Trump winning again, censored the heck of the story.

So Jen is correct to try to squirm and dodge away from the subject because there is no defense for it and worse for her and team Biden, the story is not going away this time. Rob Crilly with the Daily Mail asked Psaki:

“The New York Times has authenticated emails that appear to have come from a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden in Delaware. The president previously said that the New York Post story about this was a bunch of garbage and that it was a Russian plant. Does he stand by that assessment?”

Psaki said: “I would point you to the Department of Justice and also to Hunter Biden’s representatives, he doesn’t work in the government.”

Philip Wegmann of RealClearNews asked:

“You also in October of 2020 dismissed it as Russian disinformation. Do you stand by that assessment?”

Psaki said:

“Again, I have pointed to the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden’s representatives. I am a spokesperson for the United States, he doesn’t work for the United States.

From The New York Post:

A comprehensive report about the ongoing federal probe into Hunter Biden’s tax filings published by the New York Times on Wednesday night confirmed the existence of the first son’s infamous laptop.

In October 2020, The Post exclusively reported on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop that he ditched at a Delaware repair shop in April 2019.

The laptop’s hard drive contained a trove of emails, text messages, photos and financial documents between Hunter Biden, his family and business associates — detailing how the president’s son used his political leverage in his overseas business dealings.

The repair shop owner reported the laptop to the FBI, which seized the device and its hard drive.

As part of their investigation into Hunter Biden, the Times reports, federal prosecutors have looked into emails between the first son and his former business associates that were recovered from the laptop.
