Trump Will Resume MAGA Rallies In June And July To Hammer Biden Over Crises: Report
Former President Trump will hold two MAGA rallies in June according to a new report. Trump, according to insiders, wants to take advantage of the crises surrounding President Biden and make a clear contrast between the two men as he ponders a 2024 run.
The first two in June will be followed by a third event around July 3. All three rallies are slated to be airport rallies like the ones Trump used to great effect in the closing months of last year’s presidential election but that may change.
“The president is anxious to get back out on the trail and we are getting a lot of offers and invitations from both candidates and political causes in different areas,” one adviser told The Daily Mail. The adviser said they are in the process of picking two venues from at least four possibles.
From The Daily Mail: Factors under consideration are whether to appear at events with candidates that he has already endorsed or whether to travel to locations that reflect a specific campaign topic.
Trump has also teased the idea of visiting the border highlight an unfolding crisis and has frequently hinted at a 2024 run. His aides say a decision is unlikely until after next year’s midterms. But his return to campaigning will be seen as a dry run for how he can build a platform in opposition to Biden and trumpet his achievements.
…On Tuesday Trump tested the sort of attack lines attendees might hear.
In a statement posted to his website, he compared Biden with President Jimmy Carter, listing crises from the Middle East confrontation to fuel lines along the U.S. East Coast caused by the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack.
“First there was the Biden Border Crisis (that he refuses to call a Crisis), then the Biden Economic Crisis, then the Biden Israel Crisis, and now the Biden Gas Crisis,” he posted on his website.
“Joe Biden has had the worst start of any president in United States history, and someday, they will compare future disasters to the Biden Administration—but no, Jimmy was better!”
Biden is dealing with multiple issues none more important than the hack of a key pipeline. There are conflicting reports as to whether Colonial paid the ransom or they got the line back on their own. Biden said:
“Don’t panic. I know seeing lines at the pumps or gas stations with no gas can be extremely stressful, but this is a temporary situation. Do not get more gas than you need in the next few days.”
“We expect the situation to begin to improve by the weekend and into early next week and gasoline supply is coming back online,” he said.
“Panic buying will only slow the process.”
“This is not like flicking on a light switch,” he said.
“Now they have to safely and fully return to normal operations and it’s going to take some time and there may be some hiccups,” he added.
Trump also has some issues hanging over his head although most don’t expect an indictment in New York as making a case against a developer for appraisal shopping would be impossible and if they tried they would also have to indict every real estate developer in New York.

According to the report, Florida has an interstate extradition statute that would allow Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) “to intervene and even investigate whether an indicted ‘person ought to be surrendered’ to law enforcement officials from another state.”
