Megyn Kelly Humiliates Joy Behar Over SCOTUS Freakout: “Next they’ll go after gay marriage, maybe Brown v. Board of Education, I see fascism down the line here
The set of ABC’s “The View” turned to chaos as the co-hosts lost it over a leaked Supreme Court opinion that dooms Roe v. Wade removing federal protections for abortions and sending the issue to the states.
Co-host Joy Behar said she couldn’t sleep last night after the news broke saying “It’s that devastating.” Behar made the bold claim that a few Supreme Court Justices “lied” about overturning Roe v. Wade during their Senate confirmation hearings. She named Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch.
She said: “It sounds to me that all of them felt that there was precedence set and that they would honor the precedent. And now it’s the complete opposite is happening, not that I’m surprised.
“My worry is that this is just the beginning. Next they’ll go after gay marriage and maybe Brown v. Board of Education.
“They already eroded our voting rights a little bit.
“So I see fascism down the line here,” she added.

Megyn Kelly corrected Behar saying: “For those predicting gay marriage will now fall along with all “privacy” cases, Court says in draft: NO.
“‘We emphasize that our decision concerns the…right to abortion & no other right. Nothing in this op. should be understood to cast doubt on precedents that do not concern abortion.’”
Whoopi Goldberg lost it too. She said:
“This is not the first time, but I will tell you this is my body.
“And nobody — you know, you got people telling me that I have to wear a mask or don’t wear a mask or do this, everybody wants to tell me what to do.
“But you won’t let me make my decision about my body,”

Following clips of Dems crying Handmaids Tale and blaming Ted Cruz, Joy Behar calls the possible ruling devastating and asserts the conservative justices lied under oath about overturning Roe.And she scoffs at ACB's scholarly argument because she doesn't understand the words. pic.twitter.com/SQPshnNZVG
