“Angels of mercy watched over my mom”: Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Says It’s A Miracle His Mom Survived Serious Car Crash
Hollywood superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s mother was involved in a serious car crash in Los Angeles but survived the ordeal in what the actor called a miracle.
The star posted a photo to Instagram of her wrecked red Cadillac Escalade. The picture showed heavy damage to the front passenger side. The actor added a long caption thanking the LAPD, the LAFD, and God for having ‘angels of mercy’ watch over her.
He said his mom is a survivor who beat lung cancer, a head-on collision with a drunk driver, and a rough marriage. He urged his fans to hug their loved ones hard because you never know when you will get that 3 am call. He said:
“Thank you God she’s ok. Angels of mercy watched over my mom as she was in a car crash late last night. She’ll survive and continue to get evaluated.
“This woman has survived lung cancer, tough marriage, head on collision with a drunk driver and attempted suicide. She’s a survivor, in ways that make angels and miracles real.
“Thank you LAPD & LAFD for being so caring & focused. Thanks for staying on phone and talking me thru it all.
“I got one parent left, so if you still got your mom and dad make sure you hug ‘em hard, cos you never know when you’ll get that 3am call we never want to get.”
