Federal Court Orders Biden to Hand it Over – Rules Joe Must Turn Over All Communication Records

Sharing is caring!

For years now, right-wing politicians and citizens have all wondered the same thing: am I being unfairly suppressed on social media? Why does it feel like all these companies are blatantly biased?

This has resulted in numerous investigations into massive corporations like Google, Facebook and Twitter. There are also alleged connections between these companies and the Biden administration.

And now, a federal court has ruled that the latter issue must be revealed.

Back in May, there was a report that Biden senior adviser Gina McCarthy asked tech companies to amp up censorship of certain views. Obviously, most assumed she was referring to Conservative stances.

Immediately after, citing McCarthy’s comments, Rep. Lance Gooden (TX) launched an investigation into this alleged connection between government and Big Tech.

And today, in what Republican Sen. Roy Blunt said is a “huge development,” a federal court demanded that the Biden administration turn over all communication with tech company senior officials.

Via The Daily Caller:

Federal District Court Judge Terry Doughy of the United States District Court in the Western District of Louisiana issued the order granting discovery sought by Republican Attorneys General Eric Schmitt of Missouri and Jeff Landry of Louisiana.

Schmitt and Landry sued the Biden administration on May 5, claiming that members of the administration colluded with social media companies to suppress debate on a number of issues, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 election and more.

The AGs want any available information relating to communication between Biden officials and high-ranking individuals with Big Tech corporations.

Sen. Blunt said this ruling “paves the way for my Office to gather important documents to get to the bottom of that alleged collusion.” It’s the break the prosecutors wanted, and it could prove quite revealing.

Louisiana Solicitor General Liz Murrill said this highlights “the federal government’s plan to turn itself into the speech police.”

The issue of free speech on social media platforms has hit a fever pitch, and Americans are increasingly concerned about their First Amendment rights online. Most Conservatives feel they’re being silenced on a daily basis.

And if the federal government is encouraging this silencing by colluding with Big Tech, that’s a very serious issue.

It also has far-reaching impacts on future elections, so this investigation should be closely monitored.
