“True Colors”: GOP Congresswoman Accuses Nancy Pelosi Of Pushing Her Daughter During Photo Op
A rising star in the GOP, newly elected congresswoman Rep. Mayra Flores of Texas, accused House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of “pushing” her young daughter during a photo op at her swearing-in ceremony.
Flores made the accusation after a video posted on social media showed her posing with Pelosi (D-Calif.) and her family at the ceremony where it looks like Pelosi elbowed Flores’ daughter.
Flores said: “I am so proud of my strong, beautiful daughter for not allowing this to faze her. She continued to smile and pose for the picture like a Queen.
“No child should be pushed to the side for a photo op. PERIOD!!”
