Fetterman Has Disturbing Meltdown in D.C. – Video of His Bizarre Word Salad Is Going Viral Fast
Senator John Fetterman has had many embarrassments since he landed in the national spotlight, but this one may take the cake.
The senator got a chance to hold a hearing on the Silicon Valley Bank collapse. If you have been following the news on it, the government swooped in when it failed to enforce its own rules.
The feds seem verry willing to bail out collapsing banks rather than allowing them to fail. Fetterman had a mind to say so about Silicon Valley Bank, but the words were not coming out right.
And the situation was worse than just the cat getting his tongue. The total flop that was his opening statement can tell us something about how qualified he is – much like the bank’s performance. From Fox News:
“And it’s in Fortune, the second-biggest bank in U.S. history collapsed and chose to go to Hawaii on that,” he continued. “You know, I’ve never been to Hawaii and neither has my family. I guess I’ve never cranked, excuse me, crashed a bank.”
Fetterman needs to know that if you’re going to be in a hearing about a bank collapse, you shouldn’t look as ridiculous as the bank, if not more so.
The Silicon Valley Bank collapse was the second-largest failure of a federally insured bank after that of Washington Mutual in 2008. If one of its reasons for failure is mismanagement, then what is Fetterman’s excuse?
He had a stroke a year ago and was in the hospital for weeks. He wasn’t qualified then. The Democrats covered it up to get him elected.
But since a stroke is a major medical issue that doesn’t just go away, they couldn’t hide it forever. Much like Biden, he cannot speak coherently and his peers make excuses for him, acting like the public is to blame for noticing.
Fetterman is still not competent enough to return to his role as a senator, and maybe he will never be able to. The problem is that he’s still dealing with serious lingering effects. He’s a mess like Biden.
Key Takeaways:
- Democrat senator John Fetterman bombed his opening statement at the Silicon Valley Bank collapse hearing.
- He had a stroke a year ago and was in the hospital for many months while Democrats covered it up to get him elected.
- He’s still dealing with lingering effects like auditory processing issues.
