Nancy Pelosi Just Got Subpoenaed by Steve Bannon – He’s Fighting Contempt Charges by Demanding Committee Testimony

Democrats are growing more desperate with their “J6 commission.” After November 2022, they will not be able to run this circus.

So, they are scrambling to build a narrative that will shut Trump out of future elections. They have forced former Trump allies, like Steve Bannon, to testify—in an apparent attempt to get them to turn on 45.

But Bannon has his own plans. And he just subpoenaed the whole lot of them.

Steve Bannon, set to go to trial next month for defying a congressional subpoena, has subpoenaed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and members of the House select committee investigating the January 6 insurrection as he builds his defense…

Bannon’s attorneys are seeking to challenge the makeup of the House select committee, question lawmakers’ motives for targeting Bannon and argue Bannon was not required to testify because doing so could have jeopardized former President Trump’s executive privilege.

Steve Bannon, who will go on trial over bogus charges from Congress, is subpoenaing the very people who tried to subpoena him.

Bannon maintains he did not have to go before this committee and testify, because it would have violated Trump’s “executive privilege.”

But Pelosi and her cronies are jumping over any traces of Constitutional rights and protections to pursue their partisan agenda.

So, Bannon is hitting them back, claiming this committee is biased, unjustifiable, and wrong.

Of course, it is uncertain whether Pelosi and these Democrats will be forced to comply with these subpoenas.

Thanks to Joe Biden’s crooked administration, they were able to charge Bannon with these claims.

But Bannon does not have the same resources. It is not likely that the federal government will require Pelosi or anyone else on the committee to testify.

Once again proving Democrats have one standard for themselves and another for everyone else.
