Elon Musk Fires Back At Bill Gates Over Twitter Sabotage: “What a d*ck move!
Tesla CEO Elon Musk fired back at nemesis Bill Gates after a report surfaced showing Bill was acting shady toward Elon. It appears Bill’s foundation is bankrolling groups that are attacking Musk and trying to derail his looming purchase of Twitter.
Musk took to Twitter to urge Americans to have more babies saying the birthrate was falling: “Population collapse is the biggest threat to civilization Contrary to what many think, the richer someone is, the fewer kids they have. I am a rare exception. Most people I know have zero or one kid.”
When a Twitter user posted an article showing Gates’ foundation funded 11 of the 26 organizations that signed an open letter last month urging Twitter advertisers to boycott the platform, Musk said:
“What a dick move!”
The report claims that The New Venture Fund, which Gates backs, funds four of the signatories: The Center for Media Justice, The Media Democracy Fund, The National Hispanic Media Coalition (via the Media Democracy Fund), and Accountable Tech.
The Tides Foundation, another recipient of Gates Foundation money funds five of the signatories according to the report:

Last month the Musk, gates feud spilled into public when someone leaked a screenshot of a text message exchange between Musk and Bill.
A Twitter user asked Musk:
“So apparently Bill Gates hit up @elonmusk to discuss “philanthropy on climate change” but Elon asked if he still had a half billion dollar short position on $TSLA. Bill said he hasn’t closed it out, so Elon told him to get lost. No idea if this is true lol.”
Musk responded:
“Yeah, but I didn’t leak it to NYT. They must have got it through friends of friends.
“I heard from multiple people at TED that Gates still had half billion short against Tesla, which is why I asked him, so it’s not exactly top secret.

Gates: Sorry to say I haven’t closed it out. I would like to discuss philanthropy possibilities.
Musk: Sorry but I cannot take your philanthropy on climate change seriously when you have a massive short position against Tesla, the company doing the most to solve climate change.
