Ben Carson Just Took On Washington – He Sets The Record Straight On Pence And The 25th Amendment

After the events of January 6th, Democrats put the pressure on Vice President Pence to use the 25th Amendment against the president.

Such a move would require additional support, including from half of Trump’s cabinet members. They would need to say they no longer believe he is capable of carrying out the duties of office (mostly from physical weakness).

Pence has publicly resisted such an option. And now Ben Carson is speaking out about what’s going on behind the scenes. From The Epoch Times:

“As a nation we need to heal. I have not talked to anyone about invoking the 25th Amendment, and I am focused on finishing what I started in uplifting the forgotten women and men of America,” Ben Carson, the secretary of Housing and Urban Development, said in a tweet…

No Cabinet members have appeared to show support for the proposal, at least in public. A source told The Epoch Times that there is no chance Pence is invoking the amendment.

No member of Trump’s cabinet has publicly shown support for the 25th Amendment. According to some sources, there is “no chance” Pence will use it.

Ben Carson, who has served the administration for four years, said they have never discussed the amendment. He has “not talked to anyone” about such a move, despite the left’s constant pressure.

It seems strange that, even after Biden’s apparent win, that the Democrats still aren’t satisfied. Wasn’t this just about getting your guy into office, Democrats?

On the surface, it looks as if the Democrats will get everything they wanted. But if you ask them, they appear just as miserable and angry as they were in 2016.

It’s not enough that Trump is leaving office, he has to be “removed” as if by force by the 25th Amendment? Or if not that, he needs to be impeached and convicted?

If you ever questioned Democrats’ motives for leading, it should be now.

What do they think Trump is going to do in the next two weeks? Are they really concerned about what he will do with less than 2 weeks left in office?

Or do they think even now, Trump is capable of making reforms to help Americans that they have stood against?
