James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page Sued For $75 Million As Carter Page Drops Hammer
Carter Page just made his move and filed a lawsuit today against the shady cast of characters that abused his constitutional rights.
He is not messing around and is naming names and misdeeds and he wants no less than $75 million in damages.
Remember, these guys lied on a FISA application which should alone make them guilty, but worse, they used that lie to help propel a false narrative in the media.
It was a smear job and an illegal one at that and I am not sure any amount of money can repair the damage Carter suffered at the hands if these ruthless people.
He wants a jury trial too which should strike fear in Comey’s heart. He is also suing Andy McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and the Department of Justice.
From his lawsuit:
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendants, jointly and severally, as follows:
An award of compensatory and special damages, including liquidated damages, in appropriate amounts to be established at trial and as prescribed by the relevant operative statutes alleged herein, but in no event in an amount less than $75,000,000.00;
An award of punitive damages, as determined by a jury or the Court, as prescribed by the relevant operative statutes alleged herein and for his action under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 392 (1971);
An award of all costs and fees associated with this action and Plaintiff’s prior action of 1:19-cv-03149 in the District Court for the District of Columbia;
An award of attorneys’ fees, as provided by statute and by common law rights;
Injunctive relief requiring Defendant Department of Justice to amend records as required under the Privacy Act;
Any further injunctive relief as the Court may deem just and proper; and
Any such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper. JURY DEMAND Plaintiff demands a jury trial on all claims and issues so triable.
This is a real lawsuit, real claims, and will cost the wrongdoers involved millions, and it should.
